CHDO has begun renovations at 746 Choctaw Avenue and the house has acquired the name "RUBY" (previous owner's name).
RUBY's side porch and front porch are being constructed, new shingled roof, gable roof has been rebuilt, stairs to the basement are complete, has electrical service, plumbing is being installed, basement windows are installed and interior work is progressing daily!!

CHDO has begun renovations at 700 W. Crawford and the house has acquired the name "LARRY" (previous owner's name).
At this time, LARRY has had an interior demo, wallings/ceilings are painted, prepping for garage and exterior painting, bathroom remodel is underway...stay tuned for updated progress. Pictures coming soon...
