We have purchased 375 North Kansas Avenue and we are nearing hanging drywall after removing all lath and plaster, rebuilding interior walls, installing new electrical wiring. We have a desire to finish the house in October with a new family having Thanksgiving dinner in a newly renovated 2 bedroom house. Drive by and look at this possible home.
